Estimadas y estimados periodistas,   Con motivo del Día Internacional de las Víctimas de Desaparición (30 de agosto), el Comité Internacional de la Cruz Roja (CICR) comparte un comunicado en el que urge a los Estados de México y América Central a asumir su responsabilidad frente a las desapariciones y a garantizar una respuesta integral a las familias que buscan a sus seres queridos.   “No estamos haciéndoles un favor, es una obligación legal, una deuda con ellos, con todos nosotros. La desaparición de una persona es un golpe devastador.
