Travelers Adds New Alerts for EZLynx Real-Time Carrier Messaging EZLynx Real-Time Carrier Messaging is all about better and faster communication between agents, carriers and insureds. It's a simple idea, really. The more quickly you're notified about customer policy changes, the better agent you can be. Prior to this feature, independent agents wouldn't know about policy changes initiated at the carrier level until after the change had been fully processed and the policy had downloaded into the agency management system. In the meantime, agents could find themselves in conversation with their clients, unaware of their most recent policy changes or what prompted them. Now Travelers has added more real-time alerts to EZLynx Management System. Specifically, real-time alerts will be sent when Travelers Business Center makes Auto and Home policy changes. These new alerts are in addition to the alerts already being sent for customer-initiated Auto and Home Policy changes through MyTravelers®.   There's no greater compliment than a referral... The button links you directly to the EZLynx Referral Form, which only takes a few minutes to fill out.   *To be eligible for the bonus, you must send the referral using the form on our refer-a-friend page before the referred agency contracts with EZLynx. The referral bonus will be provided in two parts. The agency must be an active, paying customer for at least 30 days before the first referral payment will be mailed out and for at least 120 days before the second payment will be mailed out. The amount of the referral bonus will depend on the referred agency's purchases.
