April 2021 Newsletter I trust you will have been enjoying the lovely weather... did I hear the word 'snow' though? I recall having snow on 9th April a few years back, but thankfully it was soon gone.
Thank you to everyone for all the lovely emails and notes I have been receiving, they are truly appreciated. It is a joy to support you all with this wonderful past time and reconnect with so many I have not heard from, for sometime.
Virtual Zoom Classes/Crops
Tomorrow (Thursday 1st April - 7.30pm)
Looking forward to holding the second of our 'open' classes tomorrow. This will be approx. an hour long and include creating a double page spread - adaptable to any theme.

Closed over Easter - 1st April to 13th April
A little reminder. You may continue to place orders on the website however I will not be processing or arranging deliveries, answering emails or taking calls over the Easter period. It is the end of my financial year so a full stock take is required. The timing also works with moving onto a new inventory and accounting system for which a lot of manual input is required. Unfortunately it will not be possible for me to complete this alongside all the normal day to day workload.
NSD 2021 Creative Memories Products
To avoid disappointment I recommend you place your order for these asap.
National Scrapbook Day (NSD) is coming up in May. Creative Memories is offering a line of exclusive NSD products - usually these are only available for purchase in the UK at my workshops. However due to the current situation they are available to ALL who want to purchase them so we can all enjoy NSD to the fullest! Everyone who purchases the NSD 2021 Bundle via the website will receive details to be invited to an exclusive online class. Please note due to demand for all NSD products, these are only available to Pre-Order (now live on the website) however please be aware these are selling fast and will not arrive until the April shipment. If you are ordering other products you may want to consider placing two separate orders - to avoid charging two lots of p&p we only send complete orders.

Out of Stock
A few products have proved so popular they are currently showing 'Out of Stock'. Creative Memories have indicated that these are unlikely to be available until May/June. Due to postage/courier costs orders are only sent once they are complete, I do not have the space to hold incomplete orders for 2-3 months. If you wish to Pre-Order any 'Out of Stock' product(s) please do so via email and indicate whether you would like these added to a future order (placed when they arrive) or sent separately with p&p at cost.

Deliveries
In order to continue to providing a good delivery service we are currently using ParcelForce 48 or DHL for the majority of orders. In most cases orders are being delivered within 24-72 hrs from collection but a few have taken a little longer. To enable us to continue using these couriers we will not be making any changes to p&p, this just about covers the courier price at cost. If you place a small order that would fit in a large letter we are offering to send via Royal Mail/Royal Mail Signed For, however please be aware trips to the Post Office will be as part of an essential trip out (this may be once a week). For orders we are able to use this method for it will be offered in your conformation email and the cost of p&p will be manually updated.
Placing Website Orders Reminder
Please remember when placing an order to check the 'Terms & Condition' box (Step 4) otherwise your order will not reach us. You will receive an automated email if your order has been successfully submitted, if you do not receive one your order is still sitting in your cart. If you do not receive a confirmation email from us within 48 hours with payment details (Tuesday for orders placed after midday on a Friday) please contact me on sharon@craftmemories.co.uk

Unfortunately due the considerable amount of work needed to update the website along with the new documentation requirements that came into effect on 1st January 2021 we are unable to accept or send orders to Germany at present.
