May 2022 Newsletter April has been a glorious month and looking forward to the Bank Holiday and spending some time outside. Richard and I are currently 'granddog sitting' our sons Cockerpoo, Stella. although she goes back home to London again next week. She certainly makes herself at home here and makes sure we both take some 'timeout' of our busy working schedules each day with her,

Workshops in Cambridge & Other Areas
If you run a scrapbooking workshop in or around the surrounding area of Cambridge in particular or a workshop you would welcome new attendees please do let me know. I often get requests and it would be wonderful to be able to be able to help scrapbooking groups continue to have new members and thrive.
Virtual Zoom Classes/Crops

Product Catalogue
The Product Catalogue featured on the home page will take you to a flickable online catalogue showing all 'current' products. This does not include many items in the Going Gone. The Iron Gate Border Punch featured in the catalogue has been delayed until 2023.
The 8x8 Album Covers - There is currently a new selection available on the website until 2 May 2022 - Creative Memories only have the 8x8 Coversets available to order a couple of times a year. I have other colours/designs in stock but due to low quantities - mostly one of each these are not on the website, for these please email me with your preferred colours and theme so I can select a good choice to share with you. 8x8 Pages & Protectors are available to order all year round on the website.
Going Gone
I have started to add 'last one/two' to items in the Going Gone section - so far for embellishments, stickers and mat packs. However due to our 'in person' events there will still be occasions when stock shows available on the website that may have sold offline and the website has not been updated. If you wish to check availability of Going Gone products prior to ordering please drop me an email.
For customers in Germany please visit the website www.cmscrapbooking.net to subscribe. Unfortunately due the considerable amount of work needed to update the website along with the new documentation requirements that came into effect on 1st January 2021 we are unable to accept or send orders on the website. We are currently trialing the new processes and will update the 'pop-up', notice when we have more information. Please accept any apologies for any inconvenience this will cause. | | Office Times I aim to carry out 'office' activities including taking phone calls between 10am-2pm Tues-Fri. Should I be unavailable or it is outside of these hours please leave a voice message or alternatively send me an email. I wear many hats which either require my total concentration or take me out of the office; this may be to run a class, unpack shipments, preparing class demos and materials, pack orders etc. If you have not received a reply within 48 hours (Wednesday following a weekend/Monday), please do check your junk/spam mail box and if it is not there please contact me. Please do leave your mobile on if you are expecting a return call or I will be unable to reach you, only an answerphone.
Important Information Reminder: Payments & Placing Orders for Collection - either here or at a venue we are visiting
The website does not enable us to alter/update invoices. Please place any orders for collection in person via email. We will need to cancel all collection orders made via the website and ask you to confirm via email.
We have received a few payments with the reference 'Craft Products' or something similar. Unfortunately this delays things while we wait for more details from our bank. To help us process your orders quickly please use your name for the reference.
Deliveries
Royal Mail increased their prices on 1st April and couriers have also increased theirs. I do not factor in the overhead cost of p&p into products so will need to pass on this increase.
Placing Website Orders Reminder
Please remember when placing an order to check the 'Terms & Condition' box (Step 4) otherwise your order will not reach us. You will receive an automated email if your order has been successfully submitted, if you do not receive one your order is still sitting in your cart. If you do not receive a personal confirmation email from us within 48 hours with payment details (Wednesday for orders placed after midday on a Friday) please contact me on sharon@craftmemories.co.uk

Visitors are welcome to drop in for the 'Pop-Up' Shop however for everyone's safety please contact us to arrange a time prior to your visit - this also helps us to organise the day and avoid disruption for workshop attendees plus possible disappointment.
The local workshops are proving to be extremely busy. We would appreciate some feedback on what you would like to see or do e.g. more focused workshops, weekend events, time to work on your own projects, meet others in your location. We are also looking to expand the current locations we visit during 2022 with the 'PopUp' Shop, if you attend or run a group and would like to arrange a visit from us do get in touch.
'PopUp' Shop Mobile Shop Visits
Please contact us prior to a visit - Each visitor to the 'pop up' shop must contact and book in with us prior to each event we are visiting... due to different restrictions at the venues we are visiting, only those who have booked in advance will be able to access the shop. This also helps us to liaise with event organisers and avoid disruption for groups we are visiting plus possible disappointment both for stock & let you know of any changes should they arise. Unfortunately if you do not contact us first it is likely we will not be able to facilitate you coming to the 'pop up' shop.
To arrange a visit to your group please drop us an email - we currently have some availability for 2022!
Along with a wide range of other branded products we also have some special Creative Memories products which are only be available to customers visiting our PopUp Shop... we look forward to you visiting!
