Option A: Ramp Vendor Table, 5 days, all open sale hours (pre-sales and public sales)
You will provide a 6 foot table (or smaller) and will set up your display in a high traffic area where all of our shoppers will pass your table during their visit to the sale. These spaces are in a prime location!
Whether or not you man your booth during all or part of the week is entirely up to you. On-site sale of vendor merchandise is allowed, but you must personally manage all transactions.
Children are not allowed to be with you at your vendor table during the sale hours.
Set up for vendor tables is Monday, March 27th, 1pm-5pm.
Tear down for vendor tables is Friday March 31st by 6pm.
Option B: Web Advertising
This option includes promotion of your business and logo along with a link to your website on the sponsors page of our website for 4 months—typically 2 months prior and 2 months following the sale.
Option C: Email Sponsorship
Our weekly email will be sponsored by your business with a link to your website and your logo. Our emails go out to over 4,500 families in the area with essential info about our sale.
Option D: Snacks and Treats
Because many of our shoppers are expecting moms or have small children in tow, we like to provide mom and child-friendly snacks. Items such as fruit snacks and goldfish are big hits with our littlest shoppers, and snacks like granola bars, bottled water, or trail mix are favorites of moms. Your business is invited to provide individually packaged snacks to be distributed during the event. Feel free to attach your business card, sticker or magnet to each snack so that your business info gets into the hands of many! (Sorry, we are only able to accept factory sealed foods due to insurance reasons)
