Dear Colleagues, After 14 years of leadership, our president, Will Miller, is stepping down. In a new video, Will reflects on his time at Wallace—what he's learned about strategy and culture, the milestones that have defined his tenure, and the hopes he carries for the future of our work. Will's commitment to fostering advances in the arts, education leadership, and youth development, while putting evidence and equity at the center of our work, has shaped not only the foundation but the broader fields we serve. What stands out most, though, is how he approached this work—with humility, adaptability, and an unwavering belief in what's possible when people come together around a shared purpose. Personally, it has been an honor to work alongside Will over the past two years. I'll be forever grateful for his strategic guidance but also his modeling of authentic and steadfast leadership. I hope you'll take a few minutes to watch his reflections and join me in celebrating his legacy. | | Thanks, as always, for being part of the Wallace community. Warmly, Robin Harris Vice President, Communications The Wallace Foundation | | | | |
