Summer calendar announced + April Miami lunch postponed

Hello Everyone,

Passover was a highlight of the past few weeks and a wonderful reflection of our community.

In partnership with Telluride High School, we hosted 20 high school students and parents for a seder over the lunch hour. For many, it was their very first seder—an opportunity to ask questions, learn, and, of course, enjoy brisket, matzoh ball soup, and gefilte fish. A heartfelt thank you to Stephen Wise, Jenn Mann, Lara Young, and Tara Pignoli, who made it all happen. We are already looking forward to doing this again next year.

Our community seder was sold out and deeply engaging. Thank you to Stephen Wise for leading, and to the many volunteers who stepped up—arriving early, staying late, and spending hours cooking and preparing to make the evening so memorable.

We also held our very first Tot Seder. About 15 children under five, along with their parents, gathered to act out the Passover story with props and snacks, followed by some very enthusiastic (and very messy) matzoh decorating with candy and frosting. Thanks to everyone who brought so much creativity and joy to this event.

Beyond Passover, March and April have been full months. We are so grateful to all of you—our community—for warmly welcoming Cantors Ann and Jessica for a special Shabbat in March. We hope they will be able to join us again.

A quick update: the April 12 luncheon in Miami has been postponed. We will share a new date as soon as it is confirmed.

Looking ahead, we are excited to share our summer schedule. Pencil us in! We may add a few events and adjust dates slightly, and will continue to fill in details in the coming weeks. For now, we encourage you to mark your calendars. These events will also be posted on our website, where updates will continue to appear.
