Thank you as well to Elise Museles for another fantastic cooking class, this time on the art of the mezze platter.  The response to this summer's cooking series has been incredible—our remaining classes are now sold out! There's still plenty to look forward to. Join us on August 13 for our Donor Appreciation Wine & Cheese Happy Hour, then on August 14 for Shabbat in Ridgway at the home of Adam & Karen Dubroff. We'll wrap up our Summer Shabbat series on August 28 at the home of Michael & Stephanie Rosen with the beautiful music of Liat Arochas. And before you know it, Film Festival weekend will be here! We're already planning to fly in authentic New York bagels for Bagels, Bubbles & Brew on September 5—we hope you'll join us. We can't wait to see you soon! We hope you'll join us for, and participate in, this meaningful season of reflection, community, and celebration. This event is currently full. Dustin Chilton, Sous Chef at The National, for a hands-on hummus workshop inspired by years living in Israel and a passion for great ingredients. Learn the techniques behind delicious homemade hummus while exploring the role food and hospitality play in bringing people together. Tastings included. Join the Waitlist  This event is currently at capacity and operating on a waitlist. It will be held on September 9 from 5:00–9:00 PM at a private home. From our friends at the Durango Jewish Community: Join the Durango Jewish Community for a special Shabbat in Elul with Jewish mindfulness teacher Alison Cohen on August 21–22. Enjoy a musical community Shabbat on Friday evening (free), followed by a Saturday afternoon retreat featuring meditation, contemplative song, Jewish wisdom, and reflection as we prepare for the High Holidays. Cost for Saturday: $25–45. Consider making a weekend of it—carpool, spend the night, and connect with our neighbors in Durango. They'd love to welcome members of the Telluride Jewish Community!
